Some useful tips for your workout!

  • What is a kettlebell?

A “kettlebell” or girya (Russian) is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle.  It is the ultimate tool for extreme all-round fitness.  The kettelbell first appeared in a Russian dictionary in 1704 (Cherkikh, 1994).  Kettlebells were so popular that in Tsarist Russia any strongman or weightlifter was referred to as a girevik or a “kettlebell man.”  “Not a single sport develops our muscilar strength and bodies as well as kettlebell athletics,” reported by Russian magazine Hercules in 1913.

  • What can kettlebells do for me?

Kettlebell training is one of the most efficient and effective workout techniques in the world.  It combines both cardio and resistance training to burn massive amounts of calories in a fraction of the time of conventional workouts.  Kettlebells let you build muscle and burn fat at the same time.

  • Do I need supplements to achieve my desired results?

Supplements are not necessary, but can help you achieve your desired results faster as well as keep you  healthy in the process.  Supplements should never completely replace food in your diet.  They are called supplements because they SUPPLEMENT your diet.  They can help to fill the nutritional gaps in your diet to keep you healthy, full of energy, and performing at your optimal level.  If you do choose to use supplements make sure you do your research first and try to stay away from fancy packaging and claims that seem to good to be true because they probably are.  Here are the supplements that I use daily and recommend.
